UniQue Signage and Advertisement Management System (SAMS) is a complete solution that automates major aspects of the core businesses of the processing of signage applications, Verification of Signage information by company's officers, upload of Signage Application and Permit Fees into your Accounting solution and renewal of signage and advertisement fees

As part of the scope of SAMS, every signage will be assigned unique SAMS ID. Any stakeholder will be provided detailed information about the signage upon specification of the SAMS ID on the SAMS portal. SAMS will provide login capability to customers and to officers to login using their personalised ID. When an authorised Officer logs in, he/she will be able to search the system and manage any Signage of interest.

SAMS Permit Application Processing

  • Customers will be able to submit signage applications from the comfort of their workplaces. The system will accept all forms of signage applications including applications for First Party, Third Party and Temporary Sign.

Signage Approval Levels

  • You will be able to define how you want your applications processed based on the as many parameters as you may desire. Some of these parameters may be: a. Application Type (First Party, Third Party or Temporary Sign) b. Format (Large format, street furniture, posters of all sizes etc) c. Location
  • With SAMS you will be able to create the pool of staff who can work on any given type of application and the path the application must follow up to the final approval.

Manage Users

  • Search for any users using the search bar
  • View profile of all users based on the roles
  • View/Edit users’ password and privileges
  • Set privileges to users as per their roles

Signage Processing- Customer Self Service

  • Customer submits application on SAMS. Customer attaches scanned copy of all the supporting documents to the application
  • Automatically generates Invoice to be used by customer to pay the Application Fees
  • Application is automatically added to the pool of applications to be processed by the next level of approval as designated by the organisation after being marked complete
